Daniella Pandohie was my agent and a great agent she was. Finding the best home in my price point took some time but we got there. I needed a little bit of yard, enough house, and a nice place to live. She found just what I needed. She took me step by step through the process, and was always thorough, reading over important documents, that a lay person like myself couldnt understand. In the end, we got a great deal with a heap of incentives that made the home more affordable. Thank you, HPH! And many thanks to Daniella!

We loved working with Daniella on buying our first home. Daniella made the process as painless as possible for us, and Im not sure I can say that we did the same for her! We put bids on two houses, both with very quick turnaround times. Daniella was flexible and happy to take the time to make sure they were submitted in a timely manner, which is necessary in the Houston housing market. Daniella was patient and honest with us when she had concerns, and aggressive with sellers when required--it led to us ending up in a home we couldnt have imagined getting before working with her. Being a first-time home buyer, I had a lot of questions and anxiety. Wendy and the HPH Team were fantastic in that they explained everything as we went along in the process. Sometimes it took a couple explanations before I understand something, whether it be the best way to submit an offer or what certain documents that needed my signature meant. I could reach out to wendy and the team by text, email or phone call for anything. They put me at ease immediately.

Houston Premium Homes Realty Group is the best! They worked with me for over a year searching for our dream home and last month they helped us close on that house! The HPH team has excellent communication, always quick to respond to my endless questions about the hundreds of houses we saw. They would make sure to get us to showings whenever we asked, but never pressured us and understood if I decided that a house was not worth our time seconds after arriving. They always came prepared, optimized our time by clustering houses, and was extremely thorough. They were able to help us navigate house hunting during COVID-19 and always made sure we were all safe. They made sure that we were always aware of any possible issues we could run into with every house we considered and was open and honest. They were able to guide me and my family through our closing easily, which was less than a month long! They hooked us up with all the resources we needed: inspectors, contractors, locksmiths, lawyers, mortgage lenders, you name it and they delivered. The house we ended up buying is all due to the HPH teams ability to quickly negotiate a delicate offer and closing. In the end everyone was very happy and the closing was as smooth as possible.
