After our mother passed away, my brothers and I were overwhelmed with the thought of cleaning and repairing her home, and couldn’t even fathom what it would take to get it on the market. Kayla and her team were there with us every step of the way: mapping out a plan, hiring contractors, scheduling and overseeing the work. Kayla even drove out one freezing night to wrap the pipes when none of us could get there!The home kept revealing surprises and frustrations, but Kayla kept things positive and moving forward. She saved us thousands of dollars I would have otherwise spent, had I not had her guidance. Her knowledge spans not just real estate, but estate and probate procedures, which made her the perfect person to “doula” us through our situation.Kayla is a pro, but she’s more than that, too. Her warmth and compassion come through in every interaction. What an incredible team. The video and photos were perfect. Kayla went above and beyond including a Mega Open House that included charcuterie boards of meat, cheese and a cookies. Not only she a wonderful realtor she is an incredible person.

Thanks for your service! It was great to work with you. I bought and sold many houses previously. When I try to be conservative in the asking price, you encourage me to increase the price. Since it is a sellers market, it was sold above the asking price. It was an overdue experience for me. I wish you much success!
