I recently purchased a home on 10/30/2024. When buying a house with Rausch Coleman, they automatically assigned me a realtor. I honestly can’t say that he assisted me during the process of buying the house. I was a first time buyer, so there’s a lot of stuff that I didn’t know. The realtor wouldn’t reach out to me for anything about the house or even tell me what day I was expected to close or anything else. I would reach out to the lender directly to try and get some information or I’d even reach out to the builder for information.All the realtor and I, ever talked about was when I would ask for details about the assistance that Housify offers to break my apartment lease. It was very odd, I also never even met him in person. The realtor never even told me congratulations.But everyone else at Housify was very awesome !I’m giving Housify 4 stars, because Rachael Schultz is awesome ! I had no idea what a rebate was...but soon learned that when you purchase a home, real estate agents make 3% commission helping you. Rebate Haus agents share a portion ( I believe it was half or maybe a little less) of their commission WITH YOU to use towards closing costs or down payment assistance. They also offered us Credit Repair if we needed it.Joey Munoz and Meredith Marti made the process of buying a home so easy and without any stress! My house was a multiple offer situation and we were the winning bid on our dream home.After our offer was accepted thats when the real work came in...but it was so easy! My agents came to my home inspection and walked me through every detail (literally every page so I could understand). When the appraisal came in and we had to renegotiate, they took care of it in 48 hours and my closing was NOT pushed back.
