REVIEW FOR: Marcus at HOU - APT - LOC -When I enquired, I had 5 other apartment locators looking for me as well. The thing that really helped me was his professionalism, and confidence that I could get an apartment. He made it very simple for me. I told him what my current standpoint was, he sent me a list of what I was looking for, he stayed in QUICK communication with me, and was there if any questions or concerns were to be addressed.Marcus did not judge me on my current standpoint as other apartment locators would possible roll their eyes at. Without skipping a beat, he proceeded to continue to work with me.The apartments that he recommended were all within my budget, location needed, and were also not a sordid lot: example some apartment locators disregard your specifics in an apartment, then just send you a list you could have printed out yourself on Google.Marcus actually tailored my search preferences to fit my needs.I rate Marcus highly because he got the job done. Marcus gave me a list of the apartments in my price range and accompanied me to view the apartments. Its good to have him with you because he asks questions you might not know you have until he asks them. I would use this service again.

Marcus..3 words on this real estate agent. Dependable, Professional,and Communicator. I called Marcus, and really just irritated knowing he last person to help me w bad credit along personal issues. He listen, gave summary of what we can accomplish, and within 20 minutes sent a list. I hardly did anything but answer calls, emails, and text on our journey to finding a plAce fit for myself and kids. Within two weeks possible sooner but dealing w life we found one. He already researched, answer my questions, and met me with other realtor to be sure of my liking, and discuss any possible issues for me to realtor. Marcus even finish out leasing contract with me before our departing. I thank you Marcus from bottom of my heart and you truly have found your calling. P.S. You need your own real estate company. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Marcus helped me with information for a short term rental even though he is not going to get a penny in commissions because the properties dont work with anyone for 2 month leases. In todays world of quid pro quo, it is refreshing to see someone willing to help without getting anything in return. Thanks!
