I had a unique situation in which she helped with in every aspect she could. From the beginning and throughout the closing process, Jennifer was always on top of it, and she was quickly available when I had questions. She patiently and knowledgeably walked me through any questions I had, no matter how big or small. Jennifer made sure that all deadlines were met, and tirelessly stayed on top of the process, even over the weekends and sometimes late into the evening. I appreciated her constant calmness, solid good work and dedication to get the job done from start to finish. Jennifer is a highly attentive agent, almost as if I was her only customer, although I knew that was not the case. She returned all phone calls and emails the same day. I never felt neglected or unimportant. She is also highly personable with an engaging personality. Jennifer was honest and up front about suggestions and changes I needed to make to attract buyers quickly, and her advice worked like a charm. I am pleased to recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. From day 1 Jennifer was amazing!! She was very knowledable and pleasant to work with! She sold our smaller home and helped us purchase our family home! We had our first offer one hour after going live and accepted a great offer by the end of the week!! When searching for our family home she always had time to show us listings as soon as they became available and even got us a few first showings!! Once we found the perfect home for us she won in a multiple offer situation to get us the house we wanted! We had a bit of an extraordinary situation purchasing from a seller overseas but she handled it all!! She never backed down and never quit fighting for what we wanted! If youre looking to sell or purchase Jennifer and her team are the way to go!!! Thank you Jenn for everything!!

Jennifer was very professional and extremely diligent in finding us a new home. She helped us sell our home within 2 showings without even putting it on the market and above listing price. She kept in contact the whole time, helped us pin point the perfect houses for us and was always super quick to jump on one we wanted to see.
