Highly recommend!Update 2023: Honey helped us purchase a home we had our eye on. We had no intention of moving but this house and neighborhood felt like it was waiting for us. It was totally meant to be, and Honey made the experience as personable and smooth as she possibly could! She selects a team that cares for you like family.Stephanie Cooper helped sell the home that we initially purchased from Honey in 2021 and their full service staging was absolutely worth it! They changed light fixtures, patched holes in the wall, freshened the paint, and styled the entire home. Not to mention pressure washing are sidewalk and fence and touched up the garden beds. We didn’t lift a finger!! It’s the only way to go trying to sell a home with small children!

My wife and I wanted to purchase a house somewhere near our daughters in Magnolia, but living in Ohio made it infeasible to see the houses in person. Our one daughter recommended Honey and Co. Realty which she had used previously. We found a home of interest that we thought we needed to bid on quickly. Stephanie Cooper from Honey and Co. assisted us and has been absolutely fantastic in taking care of everything.Stephanie checked out the house and the neighborhood and recommended a bid. When the bid was provisionally accepted, Stephanie recommended an excellent house inspector and arranged for the inspection. She also was very helpful in arranging for our daughters and son-in-law to tour the house on multiple occasions. She took care of all the paperwork in a very timely fashion. She was patient and prompt in answering all of our questions and helped us to find a guy to take care of the yard until we get down there.We felt that Stephanie went above and beyond in helping us.
