In 2019 my wife (Lisa) and I were looking for an apartment and decided to try the home buying process as well, just to explore the option. Lisa found Mrs. Laura Segarra and gave her call to view a house. During the viewing, Laura not only told us everything about the house, she also showed us everything about the home buying process and gave us all the information we needed in order to realize the home buying dream. We realized we needed to work on our credit a bit more so we found a place to rent and put in a lot of work to get our credit right. It took us a while but we finally called Mrs. Segarra back, met with her and her team and started the home buying process. The Home Vets Realty team, mainly Laura and Yami, really gave us an edge and a lot of insight during the looking process. When we finally found our home Laura and Yami made sure we were taken care of as far as home repair, home warrantys, they made sure the contracts were written fairly (between seller and buyer) and made sure everything that was put into the contracts were done and done properly to set us up for success as first time home buyers. A few weeks after closing on the home, the team makes sure they answer the phone promptly or they call back in a timely manner. Communication is excellent. Thanks Home Vets realty and a special thanks to Laura and Yami. You guys really made our home buying process as easy and enjoyable as it should be.

Laura Segarra was absolutely amazing. We used her as our realtor to buy our house in 2012 and then again to sell it in 2020. The sale in 2020 was mostly completed long distance and I cannot even begin to describe what an asset Laura was during the process. She had EVERYTHING covered. We needed a reliable cleaning team, she had one and checked their work for us. We negotiated small repairs with the buyers and once again Laura knew who to contact for the best quality and rate. We needed a painter and guess what, Laura had one. When youre away from your home and trying to make things happen, shes the one. She was so invested in giving us a stress-free sale, it felt like we were her only clients. Thats pretty amazing considering she handles a lot of sales. She is a genuine good person and has your best interest in mind. She isnt there to simply make money. She made sure we got a good deal when we purchased and she made sure we were happy when we sold. I cant say enough good things about her. She is experienced in working with military and understands the unique needs of purchasing and selling homes under those circumstances. If youve ever PCSd then you know what Im talking about. She called me every time she had a new document or new information to make sure we knew exactly what was going on and anytime I had a question, her replies were quick. If youre a first time home buyer or an experienced one, she can take care of you. I know it sounds like a commercial but after moving about 6 times with the military, you recognize the difference between someone who goes above and beyond for your interest vs a money motivated individual. I could go on but this is lengthy already, give her a try, you wont regret it.
