If I could give Jackie Momont a million stars, I would. We were searching for a home in Austin while living in NC, and Jackie was endlessly patient and dogged in helping us find the perfect place. She took us to no less than 45 homes (I counted) for virtual tours, some of them more than once, drove around neighborhoods with us on FaceTime to help us get a feel for the area, encouraged us to have friends in Austin go with her so they could see a place for us and give their opinions, and was just all-around amazing.She went above and beyond in making sure we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way before and once we placed an offer and recommended wonderful inspectors. On the first offer we made, we decided not to move forward based on the inspectors insights, and she was the most helpful person I could have imagined in navigating that process.There is no hint of a pushy realtor with Jackie — she truly wanted us to find something that fit our specifications and budget, and helped us to evaluate both positives and negatives at every property. Oh, where do I even begin about how awesome a human being and realtor Paul is? My partner and I just closed on our first home (ever) in Austin, all thanks to Paul! As many of you may know (or eventually come to know), home buying is a lengthy and tedious process, and it was especially daunting for me, given that it is my first ever home. My partner and i did not know many things, even after watching videos and reading about it online. There are so many different terms for the same things, and other little things people dont talk about. We did not even know where to start. So I reached out to a bunch of realtor companies on yelp, and Paul was the second one that got back to me, and was extremely responsive. So we decided to go ahead and start the process with Paul, especially since the feds were raising interest rates, we wanted to get started before it got too high. Paul was with us every step of the way. He taught us what to look out for, he arranged dates and times for viewings and even sent us calendar invites, and he also had a lot of great insights on every house we visited, and helped facilitate our thinking process about how each house would fit our daily living. Paul would patiently answer all of our questions, and never once made us feel like we were a trouble, even if I texted him at 9pm in the evening for a small request. Really just amazing. We only went to a weekend of viewing, and saw two that we really liked, and started the process for negotiations. Paul always respected our budget constraints, and never pressured us to offer more than we were comfortable. In fact, he helped us find prices of the neighboring places to give us a good idea of what the house could be worth. And because Paul has been in the industry for such a long time, his knowledge was invaluable at every step of the way, from viewing to offer, to eventually purchasing the property. Did I also mention that he has TONS of contacts, which really came in handy because you know you can trust his recommendations - this really helped reduce a lot of uncertainty and stress on my end. Now, if Paul is already that amazing, can you imagine what him team is like? Just like Paul, they were efficient in getting our documents ready, and sent to the sellers agent, and helped coordinate all our appointments such as title. Not forgetting the calendar invites etc... All in all, I really enjoyed working with Paul and his team, and will definitely recommend EVERYONE to enlist his help in homebuying!

Its currently a long process but Paul has been with me every step of the way. As a remote first time home buyer, I dont think Ive truly been exposed to how stressful home buying can be because Paul seems to make things feel simpler.He answers questions quickly, he helps handle talking with listing agents, he has his own recommended mortgage contact that are themselves very good, he offers good advice that isnt pushy, and recommended a good pizza place that was amazing (the most important thing out of this whole ordeal =) =) ). I worked with him as I was moving from out of state and never met in person until after I had signed a home contract. He was very accommodating and flexible to do FaceTime showing with me, keeping me posted on new things coming up that met my needs and acted quickly to get me in to see it. I never felt like I was at a disadvantage for doing my house search virtually.Paul was also incredibly friendly through the process, calling to check in on how things were going with me, ensuring I had timely answers to me questions and working to meet my needs through the process. After I closed and moved in Paul even called to ensure everything was good and that I was settling in. Through the majority of the process he made me feel like more than a client and he was never too busy for me. Paul and Homesville Realty have truly felt like a blessing in the middle of such a wild and hectic year. When we found out we would be needing to move and also were looking to buy our first home in the middle of a pandemic (with home viewings over FaceTime and to the in high-demand City of Austin no less!) to say we felt overwhelmed would be an understatement. We started our hunt and were first connected to a random realtor (not Paul or Homesville) who was quick to push us to buy every house that caught our eye and grew defensive when we tried to find out more information about a home or the neighborhood it was in before making an offer. They would only take us to see a home if we were “sure we were serious about it”. When we did start to make offers they were pushy about getting us to make offers far outside of our comfort zone. The entire experience was extremely stressful.And then we were connected with Paul! Paul was a protector of our vision and hopes for our future home throughout the entire process. He took the time to learn about us and what we wanted. He was respectful of our wishes and our budget. He took the time to educate us about the market and the home-buying process and guided us through the high-stress of the seller’s market with grace and optimism even when things were getting tough and our budget felt like it was difficult to compete. PROS: The only word to describe Paul Reddam is simply Amazing!!. My husband and I, as newly married couple, actually interviewed several different agents in order to find the right fit.Our first pick was a total failure.Our first agent seemed more ready to just close a deal than to actually look out for our best interest. You will not have that problem with Paul!!! Pauls vast amount of experience will be clear to you from Day 1. From the first time we spoke with Paul and discussed our needs and wants in a home, he went straight to work. What was more amazing was that which each prospective home he would add to our list , he would include the good and all the bad (i.e, not a good school area, unsafe surroundings, too much road traffic, concerns for future parking, prospective concerns regarding market value in the future, rentability if we want to consider that in the future). He did this with EVERY SINGLE HOME... if we loved a home he would start to pick out flaws in it just to make sure we consider absolutely everything before we finalize. My favorite part of the experience was what Paul calls speed dating for homes. We picked a day where we made a list of 10-15 homes and we started essentially speed dating. He picked homes in different parts of town (included both our desired areas as well as areas we knew very little about) to get a good idea of home values/prices/neighborhoods, etc. There was NEVER any pressure to buy. He is also always available for us. I work long hours and dont get home till late. Even with this he would still come out late to show us a home we liked. If he isnt available, he has an amazing team that he works with. They would look up homes that werent even on the market yet--> we asked them to do this sometimes if we found a builder we liked but they had no current homes in our price range or desired locations. Paul also was extremely helpful in terms of negotiating and with the inspection. He thoroughly read thru 2 inspections that we got and made notes on all things that need to be fixed immediately vs things that can wait. He has reliable references for just about everything you need--> from inspections, home renovations, loan lender. The process was seamless and not the least bit stressful. Aside from his professional experience, we cant say enough on how Paul and his team are as people. They are extremely helpful and humble. We couldnt be happier with the home we finalized. The location was spot on perfect, which is what we valued the most. As you can see we can go on and on about our experience. We hope to continue a friendship with Paul even past our house buying experience. Thank you so much Paul!!!Cons: Honestly we dont have anything that we can add here. Expect complete honestly from him. He will play devils advocate and point out something negative about every home- which might rub some people the wrong way. In my opinion this is exactly what you need to ensure you are not going to place your life savings into something that you might regret later!!.

Paul is literally the best realtor in the business. He is available for even the smallest of questions. He’s patient and funny and makes the stressful time of home buying so much more enjoyable. My favorite thing about Paul is his willingness to actually listen. My husband and I like “funky” homes, and Paul always finds the funk (in a good way) for us. He’s not just trying to fit us into any house. He’s always trying to find the house that fits us.

He can tell you about the history of neighborhoods and where things are trending. He is patient and focused on finding the right fit based on what you tell him, even if that changes during the process as it did for our first house. Hes a great advocate for you during the negotiation and escrow process. Its a great balance of kind and tough. He knows the right people around town for inspections and repairs. Jackie is everything you would want in a realtor. She is thorough, very responsive and extremely easy to work with you. As first-time home-buyers, my wife and I needed all the help we could get, and we had a ton of questions about the process and best practices. Jackie was very patient with us, and she was always readily available for questions or house showings. I honestly cannot think of a time throughout our entire period of working with Jackie that it took her more than a few minutes to respond or get us scheduled to look at a house, which is saying something, especially when you’re shopping for a home during a pandemic.
