    Alexis Webster was a huge help in assisting us with buying our first home! She went above and beyond to send us listings, schedule viewings, and explain the entire process and what to expect every step of the way.     We called Rick after being disappointed with two other agents in the area. We were not disappointed!     The thought of selling my very first property was overwhelming, but to my surprise I was paired with and awesome team! Julian was my agent, he was very informative and very knowledgeable, for every question I had, he had an answer.     Catherine Herrera was our agent. She was always there with answers for any questions we had no matter the subject. When we got back to Georgia, she was there no matter the time of day. She took our business when other real estate agents said they could not meet our time line. She found us several homes and many options to choose from. I would recommend her to anyone.Venessa and Kally were great as well. They gave us the advice that we needed to close on the house on our timeline and made our closing a very simple process, even though we are in Georgia. There were no problems and they were in constant communication with us as the date approached.

    Buying and selling a home is pretty daunting, but Rick Ott has made the process a breeze. Everyone is incredibly friendly and professional.     We were incredibly blessed to have Caroline Alfaro from RE/MAX as our real estate agent in purchasing our new home! Weve been searching for a home since September 2021 with another real estate agent but kept getting outbidded due to the high demand for homes in Central TX. I then met Caroline at an Open House in March 2022 and asked her to become our new real estate agent. Within less than a month, we got an offer accepted and miraculously closed on a home that we now love. Caroline knows the tricks of the trade in the real estate business. When my husband and I thought that we had to bid over $10-20K above asking price, Caroline let us know that our original bid was too high and put a realistic bid for us which then resulted in an accepted home offerthat saved us thousands of dollars. Caroline is an awesome communicator and negotiator who took care of all our needs from the search to the closing. She followed through with every phone call and e-mail that I sent. If you want the most efficient process in purchasing a home, Caroline Alfaro has my highest recommendation in getting that done.
