Homefortable helped my family sell their property after having dealt with another buyer and title company for over an entire year with no success ! We already love Andrew- he’s wonderful! — But Ms. Jasmine was a joy to work with ! As you can imagine , having clients who are elderly / over 70 , can be a task—- it was nothing for these guys. She was super attentive to my family’s needs and answered all of the questions as they were presented during their transaction. She was prompt and super informative —-& in the event she didn’t know — she found out! We appreciate you all helping our family get from under a stressful situation !

Can we say life saver?? Where do I begin ? Small church with a Property in Dallas needing to be sold ASAP — We had been getting really low offers fromOther companies, wholesalers , ect — but Andrew came with a reasonable bid out the gate, this made us feel we could definitely trust him to do business with! He explained the process , was extremely professional, and very accommodating. Fast forward —after starting the process found out we had a lien and astronomical taxes owed —but because we went with Property pawn we would still have enough to out down on a new church —after taking care of those debts . We can’t thank this company enough for making that process smooth and painless for us! Highly recommend —if you’re looking for a company who is fair , professional, knowledgeable—-and all around outstanding! 10 stars lol ‼️ Many blessings !!!

Mr. Andrew was very professional and quick to respond to my inquiries at all times. However, I was not made aware of the additional fees and tax payment requirements until the signing at closing. I received considerably less than was what expected. For that reason, I give this business 4 out of 5 stars.
