Rhonda Riley is an excellent buyers agent who did a wonderful job in helping us find our new home. She worked tirelessly on our behalf, visiting dozens of homes, until she found the best one for us. Rhonda took photos and videos of each home and was kind enough to meet with our son who was previewing homes for us. She knew we wanted a view and was very honest about anything under construction that would block the view. Rhonda went above and beyond, even driving out to find us the best route into Austin. Jamie Martin is the best there is! This was my first experience buying a home and she was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. Jamie goes to bat for her clients by going the extra mile to do what is in the best interest of the client for the given situation. Jamie did this for me from the start with getting the listing of houses in my price range, being promptly available for a showing, putting together the contract, drafting an amendment to the contract, final walk through, and up until the last minute on closing day. Jamie listens and responds appropriately, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with her. I had a great experience working with Rhonda, and her willingness to help just made her comfortable to work with. She’s terrific and approaches her clients with love and empathy. It’s difficult to purchase a home when a buyer is out of state (Im in Illinois) but she went above and beyond to meet me in both San Antonio and Austin to look at some homes, and she’s always readily available for any questions or concerns. Moreover, she took care of all the inspections and other paperwork for me. Im not exaggerating when I say that she literally held my hands throughout the process. She communicates well and not only will she direct you in the right direction, but shell also offer to do it for you. We bought a new home and sold our current home with Christina Mugno of BHGRE. Christina was thoughtful, caring, and detail-oriented from the very beginning of the process. She walked us through what a typical home sale looks like, provided us with estimated net sale sheets, and explained her strategy for listing and marketing our home. When we werent sure if we wanted a resale or a new build, she sent us to a community she felt would be in our price-point to meet builders she has previously worked with which helped us discover an amazing new community. As we narrowed into the community we wanted, she showed us resales as a compare to a new build which helped give us confidence to place an offer. On the seller side, she helped us through the frustrating times of flaky buyers and fought for us as we were losing energy to low bids. Christinas efforts got us into a home we love, in a community we love, and put more cash in our pocket than we expected!

I understand that Real Estate Agents work all hours and all days, but Pam was almost literally available every time we needed her. At one point we became concerned that she never slept!
