Can’t say enough about the amazing realtor (Sara Cowle) we had from HSH Real Estate Group. Sara searched relentlessly for our dream home while we kept changing our definition of that. She’s very knowledgeable and identified factors for us to take into consideration. She even found some homes for us to look at before they hit the market! She was always energized, positive and ready to go, throughout our YEAR long process. She’s a skilled negotiator, and kept on top of every detail ahead of our closing. All in all, a very good experience and we are happy with the outcome.

Jennifer Tautenhaun was fantastic to work with. She helped me every step of the way and seemed to answer my questions before I even asked. She was patient and thorough mixed in with a healthy dose of humor. She knows her stuff! I ended up going with new construction and she advocated hard for me with the builder to get me the best deal and make sure they came through with their promises. I wouldn’t hesitate to use her again or recommend her to my friends and family. She was truly a gift to work with!

Wow! Im a homeowner! I didnt doubt that I could be, but with what I thought the state of the housing market was, it probably wasnt gonna happen for me right now. Due to my personal situation, I needed a home fast! Rent prices were off the charts! I was even told by another realtor , i should wait. A friend referred Brittany Melton.I contacted her. She was not even in town and got right back to me. Told me who to contact to get the ball rolling. Boy, did it roll! She worked so closely with me, as well as the lender. I was a basket case. She kept me in my lane. In a little over a month I was closing on my house! I couldnt be happier!
