Having over 13 years as a Realtor and having my license under other brokerages, I can honestly say that I always come back to Home Pros because Penny & Ted Moore have built an organized and structured brokerage that helps their agents grow their business. They offer innovative weekly training with co-brokers and our broker Penny Moore is always training us in the latest changes in our market. Our CEO Frank Gay has in recent years brought so much technology, training, coaching and has broaden our horizons to how large successful brokerages run their businesses and we have learned so much in such a short time because of his knowledge and years of expertise. So here’s what I’ve learned about Home Pros being with them now for close to a year coming from another brokerage where I had started my career as a real estate agent. Home Pros is action when they say they’re gonna do something for their agents. They hold zero boundaries. They are understanding, extremely welcoming to all agents, big and small, all of the agents are helpful in every single way possible to each agent. They’re not in it to make money. They’re really in it to help you grow not only your business, but your family and your values.

Wow can’t say more about the assistance I received from Isabel Robles. From the start I needed rapid assistance on selling my home. I contacted Isabel and she was both friendly and professional from the start. A process that should be a headache she made fast and painless. Within 3 weeks my house was sold, that’s from the start all the way to the closing. I will recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase or wanting to sell their home. My husband and I are a military family and first time home buyers. Alex Pacheco is an amazing realtor. He was available whenever we called and was very patient with us. We didnt live in the area so Alex had to jump through hoops to help us get all our paperwork done in time! He made our first home buying experience perfect! Heather Harmston was out realtor and she did an amazing job. When we bought our home eight years ago we never imagined we would ever sell it. However, life happens and we move on. It was an emotional rollercoaster handing off the keys and Heather was extremely patient with us. Even after the late night calls and repetitive questions from us she never lost her composure.
