Dale and Rene are the best coaches and leaders in town! Wether you are a new agent or a seasoned agent, you can always expect to walk in to a welcoming and friendly environment. There’s weekly coaching, 1 on 1 training, and weekly team meetings. We constantly have different lenders and new home builders coming to the office to give us weekly inventory sheets, market updates, market trends, new loan programs for buyers, etc. I am very proud to be part of this amazing team!
