Hollie Smith and her Living Dallas Team - I honestly just cant say enough about how awesome they were when it came to selling my home. They came to the house, advised me on items I should modify and simplify. Her team also did a fantastic job of taking pictures, creating video advertisements, and aerial photos that showcased the property and lot my house was built on. Everything looked so professional and organized. Hollie puts her heart and soul into making sure that the property was well represented and advertised amongst social media, the buying and broker community. They held multiple open houses, broker walk throughs, and simply word of mouth. Her and her teams dedication is by far the most positive experience Ive ever had when it came to selling my precious home.
