First time I am ever writing a Google review and it is for good reason! I had to share what an amazing experience it was finding a new place with this team- especially Lauren!!I was moving states, with very little time, from California to Texas and needed help finding a place in Texas while physically still being in California. A friend of mine recommended HiSo and I am SO glad she did. I was immediately connected with Lauren and she took care of it all. She went and physically toured all the apartments I requested and sent the most in depth, perfect videos of the units and her tours which was SO INCREDIBLY HELPFUL. She was super responsive, answered any questions I had, reached out to the leasing offices on my behalf and stuck with me from beginning to end. I will never look for a new place without HiSo again!

Kait was amazing to work with! When we initially reached out, she did such a great job asking us what we were looking for and finding places that fit our criteria. She also helped when we were debating different Dallas neighborhoods. She gave us plenty of options to look through initially and then provided us with prices and scheduled our tours. She kept in touch with us throughout the days we were touring to make sure everything was going okay and she was so responsive. I highly recommend HiSo Dallas for all your apartment hunting needs!

Lauren at HiSo was extremely helpful from day 1! Moving across the country is no easy feat and she made sure to be attentive to our needs and consistently check in throughout the 5 month process of inception of the move to the actual move-in! I looked at multiple locators before deciding to use HiSo and I was not disappointed. From providing apartments that matched our needs, to scheduling apartment tours on a short notice, and providing us a utility partner that helped with the set up of WiFi, electricity and renters insurance. She really was the best and no detail was missed!

Omg! Where do I start?! I rarely leave reviews but HiSo Dallas has helped me soooo much! I worked with Kait and she is an ABSOLUTE GEM! Im extremely picky, I had so many places that I wanted to see it was overwhelming but she helped me narrow them down. She helped me find the perfect place. I asked so many questions sometimes the same questions over and over but she never ran out of patience, she remained attentive and professional and did everything asked of her. Lauren Newell was a heaven sent! I am moving from FL to TX next week and I have been working with Lauren since about September of 2020 and she has made such a huge move feel so small!!
