Hillary Gurnea is SIMPLY THE BEST realtor and the epitome of southern hospitality. Upon our arrival, Hillary greeted us with a hug and warm smile. She then pulled out a thick three ring binder tailored to our familys needs and a long list of special requests including personal care services. We are moving from California and really wanted and needed a list of schools, doctors, hospitals, grocery stores, hair, and nail salons and much more. Before we could even ask where we could find anything, Hillary replied, Ive got one for you. Talk about premier concierge services, Hillary surpassed all our expectations. We had only two days to find a home or land and on our second day, Hillary took us view Cope Homes and we found both our land and home. She also took us to see other communities for our extended family who are planning on moving to Texas as well. Additionally, she drove us around the neighborhood to view the schools, parks, downtown area, and we even stopped by our local police department so we could speak to them. Hillary incapsulated all we needed, and we could tell she did her homework. Hillary also led us step by step in buying our property and even found a landscaper to cut the grass on our new land! Whether you already live in Texas or coming from another state, Hillary Gurnea is THE REALTOR you want to work with. She is thoughtful, resourceful, and knows her community well. She serves on several Boards to help the Community, takes the time to honor and feed a whole department of nurses, and is passionate about serving her clients with integrity and discernment with the biggest heart.
