San Antonio Flat Fee Realty just recently helped my wife and I sell my home and purchase a new home. This was by far the most positive experience that I have ever had with a realtor. Mark’s marketing experience, professionalism, friendly personality, and negotiation skills allowed us to save thousands of dollars! Do not let the company name fool you, San Antonio Flat Fee Realty is a full service realty firm with better knowledge of how to market and sell a property than most high end real estate companies. The photos and video were significantly better than most other houses on the market which led to numerous showings in the first two days. Not only did Mark sell our house quickly, but he guided us through the negotiations, inspections, appraisals, etc. with purchasing a new home saving lots of money. Last thing to mention, which is an important one to me…Mark was very responsive and quickly available to texts, emails, and phone calls. Give San Antonio Flat Fee Realty a try, you will not be disappointed!
