Very helpful and thorough in managing the process of buying a new home - starting with (1) finding a suitable community (Parkside in Prosper), (2) identifying the best combination of a unique available lot (overlooking community pond) and a quality builder (Drees Custom Homes) and (3) managing through the process of finding the best floor plan combined with selecting the proper options at the design center. Continued assistance throughout the building process - all the way through the punch list and the closing.
