He went above and beyond to help get some issues fixed that popped up after we had moved away, but before our house had sold. I highly recommend this company. I was a buyer and a seller at the same time., and Jonathan and his team was able to get us big profits on the house we were selling and then negotiated a better price point with the house we were buying. When the first buyer fell through with funding issues, he had us another buyer with hours.. hours folks.. and then completed the deal. I have never had such worry free process with any other realtor. I can only imagine how he could help with the property management team he has put together. We look forward to continuing business with Hero First Real Estate.

Hero First Real Estate is by far the best real estate company I have dealt with in all of my many moves. Jonathan Davis took the stress out of selling my house. I have absolute trust in Jonathan, and he is a really great guy too, just a really nice person! I am active duty military, so it can be difficult to know who to trust with real estate matters when I move to a new area. I only wish I had Hero First at every location the military moves me.

We’re military and he handled the purchase of our home, the management of our property after we moved and eventually the sale of that same property with incredible tenacity that worked to our advantage in every phase of our dealings with him from 2017-2021. He’s honest, reliable and is an excellent communicator. You’ll never regret working with Rob!

Let me start by saying this experience was frustrating to say the least, but the way Hero First and Vicente handled the situation was truly heroic. I rented a home through them and later we all found out it was in need of many repairs. Repairs the owner was not aware of either. Eventually, the owner decided to sell the house. We had to move out. I know I could have stayed,but this owner had been through so much with repair costs I knew she would be better off if we moved out and she could sell. Vicente was so helpful and kind through the whole ordeal and helped me get my deposit back quickly to help offset costs of moving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or rent a home.

Rob and his team are so, so impressive. They helped me sell a home this fall, and they are currently managing a rental property for me. When my home was for sale they arranged for a handyman to be there and fix a few things, and they met him there while I was out of town.In my rental property they take care of EVERYTHING- screening tenants, getting it rented, leases and background checks, and solving any problems that come up. I am so, so happy with them.
