Alex helped steer us through being first time home sellers and buying a new home. When we met Alex on the street, we immediately warmed to her and knew she was the right person for us to help us in our journey to finding a house. She was professional and prompt without being pushy. She was aware of our timeline and eased us into the process of purchasing a home in such a gentle and reassuring way. She never bombarded us with emails and when we were ready to look, we had viewings set up within a few days and we were able to see almost every house we wanted to within a matter of 2 hours! For us being foreigners, it was particularly nice to have someone who was not native to the States, but had lived here long enough to know exactly what she was talking about. I cannot say enough about Alex. I have never felt so cared for and tended to from any other business relationship Ive had with another person. Alex is not only savvy and incredibly intelligent about the market and buying houses etc. But she has a very genuine and sincere approach to the work that she does and the people she works for and with. I have heard so many stories about bad Realtors or people who werent trustworthy and would make you feel unheard or alone in a really daunting process. Alex is not like that and will never ever be like that. I would trust her with any kind of home buying or selling for the rest of my life. Alex and her team are absolutely amazing to work with. They actually helped my husband and I buy our new home back in December after our first child was born, and selling our second home with them was just as good of an experience, if not better.Alex coordinated the repairs on the property, providing me with comparison quotes for the work. She brought in an amazing staging company so the house looked its best, and was always responsive via phone, text or email if I had a question.That hard work paid off and resulted in two above asking price offers in 48 hours before we’d even had an open house. While other homes are sitting on the market for weeks or months, I was under contract in a matter of days. From start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor or closing team. There is no one better in Austin, period!

Kate Youman did an outstanding job helping my parents sell a house during an out of town move. She was so professional and knowledgeable but more than that she was kind and understanding. She was patient when technology was not easy nor accessible for my parents. She worked overtime to bring papers to them to sign and answered a thousand questions and never once complained about any of it. My parents found so much comfort in her work and in her kindness. The house was sold quickly and without any issues. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for an amazing realtor and a genuinely caring person.

She is very experienced and knowledgeable, but also listens to the wants and needs you are looking for in a home. She’s realistic with expectations, the market and always available when you need her.
