I don’t think you can find a better realtor to work with – especially in selling your house – than Jonathan Roberts and his team at The Heritance Group at Keller Williams (KW)!We have moved often and sold five homes, and I wish Jonathan Roberts and his team at the Heritance Realty Group would have been the first realtors we had hired rather than the most recent. Heritance set a new standard and completely opened my mind to what can/should be done to sell a house.We were forced to sell our home after owning for just eight months, in a market that has now been nationally recognized as being “down.” I was certain we would lose money, and Jonathan was real about the market we faced, but then he and his team went to work, and within a few days they presented to us a “marketing plan.”Their plan was the most exhaustive and complete I’ve seen – how to reach international buyers, how to engage neighbors and friends and social media to reach our natural market, and how to present the home online and in person in the best possible light. Every option was employed including door-to-door visits with neighbors to let them know when the house would come on the market and to give them details so they could talk with their friends and neighbors.We had the house under contract in four days, but the work continued until we had a full backup offer with no contingency. Most agents would stop with one offer, but the second offer made sure we didn’t have to give away value in fixing nitpicky things that came back in the inspection.Marketing isn’t the only skill they deployed on our behalf. Jonathan has bought and sold companies before his career as a Realtor, so he knows how to communicate effectively in every stage of the process, how to think ahead, how to anticipate what the buyers need to know, and he blew us away with his constant and thoughtful engagement all the way through to the close. Ryan Westfall was my specific agent and he was very helpful and available whenever I wished to go preview properties. He also did research on rental rates in various communities to assist with economic analysis of potential replacement properties as well as sending me numerous listings meeting my preferred criteria.Ultimately I also engaged Silvertop Management to manage the property. Silvertop is owned by Jonathan Roberts who also owns Heritance Realty Group. They found me several renter possibilities fairly quickly which ultimately lead to having a renter ready to sign before I closed on the property. That meant having to wait until I closed on the property before we could sign the rental agreement.I highly recommend Heritance Realty Group.
