FYI, another Realtor represented the Sellers from July 1st to October1st. The original list price was $295K, then $285K, then $275K. Heritage Park Realty did conduct an open house during this time. After the other Realtors listing agreement expired, the Sellers contact Heritage Park Realty to take over. HPR listed the home on October 6th for $269K (a much more realistic price). The sellers accepted an offer of $263K on November 7th and the transaction closed on December 11th.
