So, when it was time for us to sell, we knew we wanted to work with Phil again. Phil helped my husband and I buy our first home. The process was new and overwhelming to us at times, but Phil made everything easy on us. He explained everything in laymens terms to where we were comfortable and understood the process. I trusted his knowledge and advice and ended up buying a house that we love. He met with us when we needed to see a house, accommodated our work schedules and was always quick to reply with any of our questions. Even after we moved in and had questions, he was quick to respond and always very helpful. If we ever sell this house or buy again, we will definitely use Phil. I found him online when looking at some listings on other websites but decided to stick with him through the process. Hi, I used Phil Simms “Help U Sell” Real Estate Services to save commissions on the sale of my home. However, I got a lot more than just commission savings. Phil Simms is a professional and his experience and expertise in the business was the difference in closing the sale. We had an issue with a lower appraised value than the contract sales price. Phil met with the buyers, the lending institution and the appraiser providing them additional market information that enabled the appraiser to increase our home’s market value and close the sale.
