After our home had been on the market for a couple of months with a different realtor, we brought Kelli on to help us get it sold. She immediately reviewed the current listing and came to the table with some suggested improvements - new photos, video tour, keyword-optimization, etc - and got them done immediately. She kept us posted throughout the process, and was invaluable in negotiating with our eventual buyers. There were a few hiccups in the closing process - things that popped up during inspection, appraisal, etc - Kelli came prepped with creative recommendations to keep the process going and minimize the cost to us. Strongly suggest using Kelli if you want to sell your house.

She has several years of experience where she is able to give you an informative and accurate explanation of every aspect of the home buying process. The good AND the bad which is very much appreciated. If you are in need of selling a house, purchasing a house, or any real estate services, Kelli is the one you need. I had interviewed and reached out to other realtors, but Kelli was the only one who was prompt in her response and professional in her service. She met with us on a Sunday, and came in the next few days after to help stage our home for free! She moved furniture, and gave me staging advice room by room. She had us an offer before the house went on the market! We even had several cash offers to choose from after it was listed. Our house was sold literally before it was even on the market. There is much that she does and gives, plus you can tell she gives 100 percent! She instantly became someone I knew was professional, knowledgeable, and that I could trust! We walked away with equity and a new friend!

Kelli is a fantastic realtor for first time home buyers and beyond (although this is our first house). She takes time to understand the wants and needs of her clients and will patiently show houses, all across DFW in our case, until you find the one you absolutely love. I mean seriously we were shown at least 20 houses before we decided to put in an offer. If youre not confident about the lending process dont worry, Kelli is an advocate in your corner and a great resource to help push that process along and close a quick as possible. We were able to find the right house for us, with the right price, and in the neighborhood we liked well before our deadline and we owe all of that to Kelli. We could not have asked for a better first home buying experience.

She responded quickly when called and offered consistent insight to the matters that came up during the entire process. She worked well with sellers agent and provided strong quidance in structuring our offer which was accepted and then again as we listed our home which resulted in a quick strong offer. Kelli stayed with us and helped close both deals in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Kelli.

When we decided to sell we wanted someone that was well regarded in online reviews but also someone that knew our area. We found Kelli and invited her over to see our home but also so we could interview her. She came over on Sunday, after church, and we knew within minutes we liked her but the clincher was she lived two streets away! She had already done her market research and we listed that day. She quickly arranged for listing photos and even helped us prep the home to show it in the best possible light, and was onsite to direct the session. The home was listed on Thursday and sold to the first family that looked at it that same day. Kelli held our hands and was an excellent communicator through the entire process; listing, pricing, photos, offer (and acceptance), contracts and closing (which she also attended). While it was painful to leave a home we loved, it was a great joy to meet this honest and personable professional and to now call her our friend. We can recommend her without exception or hesitation.
