I could write a book on how great Teresa was to work with on the sale of our property. She effectively navigated a rising rate market with sound guidance, a good marketing strategy, and composure. Teresa is extremely patient and amazingly responsive...day or night she would answer a question. She is a pro at building relationships too. My house was a rental and she patiently worked for about 6 months in the lead up to the end of the lease and listing the property. Cant say enough about her. A close family friend said he knew of a local realtor who was a real shark and one he believed would truly make purchasing my home a positive experience. That realtor was Teresa Adams. From our first meeting, Teresa was personable, highly organized, and incredibly attentive. She helped me find the perfect home! She made the buying process so much easier to understand with her stellar communication skills and kept in touch long after closing offering advice on home maintenance and tax cuts. In 2017, when it came time to sell my home, there was no one else I wanted to work with. Teresa was incredible and made selling my home, even from out of state, so much easier. Teresa was wonderful throughout the entire process of purchasing my home. Teresa was almost always accessible by phone, text or email. For those rare times when I could not reach her she was quick in getting back to me to answer any questions or clear up any concerns I had. Even now after closing on my home Teresa stays in contact and gives helpful tidbits of information that haven proven to be helpful with things like maintenance, dealing with unruly salespeople etc. I have bought and sold a few homes and Teresa ranks up there with the best! I will not hesitate to use her again or recommend her to family and friends. Teresa offers a discount on her services but you would never know that with the high level effort and attention to detail she gives you when working on your behalf. Let me put it this way, Teresas services are so good if she stopped offering a discount for her work I dont think it would do any harm to her bottom line.

The photos were key to getting our home noticed and sold! I can be a high maintenance client, but Teresa was always available and able to answer any questions I had - right down to providing tips on how to stage our home to look its best. Once we had an offer, she was able to email all the paperwork for e-signature which made the transaction easy to handle, even from out of town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I can not say enough good things about Teresa. I have worked with other realtors before and she was by far the very best and still is the very best realtor I have ever worked with. When looking for a home she did an excellent job providing plenty of options within the criteria I asked for. I was constantly being updated on new homes on the market. Teresa was a pleasure to work with! Shes spunky, friendly and knows what shes doing. There were no questions that we could not ask her during the process of purchasing our home that she couldnt or wouldnt answer. She was very responsive to text, calls and emails to anything we needed. We ran into a small issue with something left out of our home build, and when brought to Teresas attention, she was quick to be our advocate and make sure that it was rectified and included by the builder. Teresa went above and beyond to make sure that we were confident going into closing. However, shes not only there until closing. Shes been great in following up with information even after closing, including notifying us of potential fraudulent documents that we may receive from people/companies trying to get information from us via government-official looking documents that actually arent official at all. She even offered to sit down with us at our 1 year mark of owning our home to go over any questions we may have regarding escrow / payments / filing for the homestead exemption, etc. Shes truly wonderful to work with, has a great incentive for buyers and makes the process less stressful. I highly recommend working with her!

6 years ago we listed our home in Harker Heights with Teresa. She was the 3rd real estate agent we contacted to list our property. We had put in a LOT of work and updates to the home, when we bought it in 2009, and again in 2011-2012 when we prepped it for sale. The other agents made suggestions both outlandish (paint the inside of the HVAC closet), and foolish (pay a professional stager) Yet, when Teresa Adams came to our home, she was immediately impressed! She could see the details and updates wed enhanced and the way the house was already prepped/staged. Our home, once listed with Teresa, sold to the first person who toured it! Teresa also helped with the delayed closing process (buyers lender was having issues), and suggested we back rent the property from the buyer for the summer since we were wait-listed for our next duty station, overseas. The whole process was a dream!After leaving the HH/Killeen area, I referred folks to her when they were inbound to Ft. Hood and seeking to buy.Fast forward to 2018, when I messaged her for suggestions of whom to rent a property from, in the area. Her response was swift and spot on! I continue to both value and appreciate the professional and personal level of care that Teresa brings to the real estate market in Harker Heights, Texas.
