Heather Witte is hands down the BEST realtor we have ever worked with. Weve worked with several realtors before and lets face it in todays market you know at least 10 realtors who are friends. Heather took our unsellable house that had been listed for 9 months with a previous realtor and within 24 hours of the listing we were in a multiple offer situation. If I could give Heather 10 stars I would and she would deserve every single one. So fortunate to have found her! I bought my first condo with her as my realtor in 2013 and my second with her in 2024. Both times she had my back. Both developed a complicated event that can often appear during a closing - one had a last-minute assessment from the association, and the other a low appraisal but with her expertise in negotiations she solved each one far beyond my expectations. She’s so knowledgeable in every aspect needed for a successful closing plus has great recommendations for important needs during and after the closing. Ive used Heather three times now, twice to buy a home and once to sell a home. She sold my home very quickly and got me a great price. She was very responsive and constantly on top of things, and offered great advice when I had multiple competing offers. One of the purchases was a builder spec home, and Heather negotiated a great deal (lower closing costs and they threw in a fridge). The second was a custom build, and Heather helped navigate that process and make the entire experience easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Heather to anyone looking for a realtor in Austin.

Heather Witte of the Witte Group absolutely saved our sanity when she helped us sell our house in Cedar Park several years ago. We had listed our house originally with another agent and our house sat on the market for almost 9 months. It had a lot of showings but no offers, and the other agents only trick was to keep lowering the asking price. We had a newborn baby and dogs, so keeping the house show-ready and getting everyone packed up to show the house all the time was very stressful. We were at our breaking point when we finally decided to take our listing down.But then Heather came in and told us some things to do and she brought in a professional stager and a photographer, and it sold for several thousand over our original asking just a day or two after our listing went live with her. We came to rely not only on her knowledge of the market and her judgment regarding various listings and locations, but upon her knowledge of what qualities we were looking for in a home. She was always a text or a call away, she answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently (even when we asked the same ones repeatedly and forgot the answers!), and when the right time and property showed up, she knew exactly what to do.
