Ashley was amazing to work with. She was very responsive, making sure we felt comfortable with the home buying process from start to finish. It was a very involved process, with multiple negotiations and back and forth with the sellers realtor, and Ashley was amazing at communicating, even over communicating (which we so appreciated) to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible. If we had a question or needed to chat, she was also very responsive.She was super respectful of all parties involved, especially so given the nature or the transaction and all the different moving pieces. She continued to help us communicate with all parties even after closing for post-closing events that needed to take place.Ashley was very knowledgeable about everything during the process, giving us any and all possible options to help us close the transaction in a way that benefitted both parties.I would absolutely use Ashley again in a heart beat for all of our real estate needs and questions.

We were not locals and she managed her time well and was able to answer any questions within a timely manner.
