My wife and I cannot convey how incredible Kyle and Abby were for our first home buying experience. We started with an incredibly broad scope, and they meticulously asked the right questions to get a sense for what we wanted, put a great array of options in front of us to demonstrate our choices, and walked us through the right homes until we found the perfect match.When it came time to put an offer in, their professionalism and experience was invaluable in getting our home purchase finalized on the best term possible.Start to finish, this is an A+ team, and I would recommended them to anyone for any real estate situation. On a purchase or sale like this, integrity comes first and they have it in spades.For reference, our friends who moved from NY used them on our recommendation, and had the same fantastic experience.

I cant say enough about this team. Because thats what you get, a team! I came to them after having a brand new townhouse, in a highly desirable area not sell after 6 weeks. After the very first meeting I knew they were different. You have a full plan of action before you leave the office. I gave them the listing and my house sold full price, for cash, in THREE days!I used them a couple years later for a condo flip, as well. Highly desirable area, not the best condo location. So I worried. As a flip I needed it to go fast. My condo sold in FOUR days with FOUR full price offer and one more over price offer! I was also informed by my HOA that my unit went for more than any other in the history of that complex.I seriously dont know how they do it. All I know is that I wouldnt consider using anyone else!!

Had a really great experience with Hatch. Elena helped my wife and I find our dream home. The communication and professionalism was amazing. We had initially started to do research ourselves on available homes in the area we wanted to move to. Everyone was under contract after one day on the market. Thankfully when we got in touch with Elena and found the home we loved it was as easy and stress free as the process could of possibly been.
