We rented from Chris and Amber Harms for almost 7 years. It was, to say the very least, a great pleasure. They were incredibly responsive with any repairs, always answered their phone, email, etc. They went above and beyond for us in emergency situations like hurricanes. Chris and Amber are both great people and a treat to work with. They take care of their properties and their renters. -

Weve been here for 3 months in groves. Amber had been very nice and understanding. So far maintenance has been on time and on point. We needed somewhere to plant some roots for our 11 year old to grow in. Great Schools, great location, wonderful neighborhood with wonderful neighbors. Thanks Harms for giving us a chance to grow. -
