Stephen sold us a home in Euless. I needed some renovation done before I moved in. His team came in and painted the house, installed new floors, added quartz countertops and added epoxy floors to my garage. It looks great!10/10 would recommend working with Stephen!

I would HIGHLY recommend working with this group. We worked with Stephen when we first bought our house back in 2018 and he was a terrific buying agent. We started the process with him without any real intention of buying, yet he was willing to invest the time to show us houses and inform us of the buying process. When we ended up buying, he supported us along the way. Even after buying, 2-3 months after, my wife had an issue with a water pipe while I was travelling and she called Stephen for help. He quickly showed up at our house and solved the issue. That proves Stephen truly does go above and beyond. In 2021 we relocated away from the US and sold our house. We did not think twice about it and called Stephen to be our selling agent. We were not even in the US during the selling process and we even did a mini flip of the house before selling (again, with us not in the country). Needless to say, the experience was great and we sold our house above our asking price, which was already a record for our neighborhood. Again, I would HIGHLY recommend working with this group. Stephen helped us buy a home in Arapaho Heights (Richardson) when we lived in Austin. We didn’t step foot in the house but we’re able to make a competitive offer and get under contact remotely thanks to the help of Stephen and his team! Stephen also had his crew paint the interior & build some shelving for us before we moved in which was clutch. Would highly recommend!

Stephen had been very diligent in helping me buy a house. We worked together for more than 6 months before we could finally close on one. He has been very responsive and quick to schedule appointments when necessary and do showings. In the process he worked on putting up offers on multiple listings and trying to strike up a deal.He is also able to provide some quick tips about the condition of the house because of his construction background. He warned against one of the houses we liked because of foundation issues which he spotted.I would recommend Stephen in the home finding and buying process as he has good knowledge and is able to answer whatever questions you might have.

Stephen has helped us sell two commercial buildings. One had been on the market for a couple of years with another realtor. It took some time to get a reasonable deal but Stephen got us there. We wouldnt have succeeded without his participation. Stephen was easy to work with, responsive, and kept us informed throughout the process with both buildings.

I hired Stephen to sell my father’s house in Krum. My father had already moved out of the house a couple of years earlier because he wasn’t able to take care of the home anymore. The home needed a lot of repairs. Stephen told me we could list the house at 150k and see what kind of offers we could get or he said he would pay 30k out of his own pocket to flip the house and we could pay him back at the closing table. We agreed to let him flip the house and pay him back and it really paid off. We set a new record for the neighborhood at 240k. The renovation only took 6 weeks and then we closed about 30 days later. We made an extra 60k… I would definitely recommend Stephen to anyone that needs to renovate their home or sell their house. Thanks Stephen!

I listed my house initially with another agent. The house was a flip so I expected to get top dollar and the original listing agent agreed. The house ended up sitting there for 71 days before I had to pull it off the market and choose another agent. A friend of mine recommended Stephen so I called him. Stephen came out to view the property and told me he didn’t like the way the description was written on the property and said he thought the pictures weren’t good enough to get people through the door. He also told me he thought the previous agent might have made a mistake on the CMA and pointed out that the house was priced a little too high. Stephen told us he would have his photographer come out and take professional pictures and even offered to pay for it. We also lowered the price of the house like Stephen suggested and we closed on the home 32 days later. I would definitely use Stephen again or recommend him to my friends or family!

I had an agent tell me they would list my house for 315k and I thought that was a little low. I’ve known Stephen for a while so I thought I’d get him to come out and give me his opinion too. He said he wanted to have a couple of contractors come in and fix some things around the house, replace all the brace fixtures and door knobs with oil rubbed bronze, have the garage finished out and the garage floors painted. He’s walking around my house just making this stuff up as he goes? He said it was going to cost 3 or 4k to get it all done but he told me he would list the house for 339k if I did it. I didn’t want to spend the money but I did it anyway. He had my house under contract 15 days later for 340k. I made an extra 21k on my house. Thank you Stephen!
