Working with Hannah has been everything you could ever hope for in a realtor. My husband and I are first time home buyers and were pointed in Hannah’s direction by close friends of ours. From the moment we met Hannah it felt like we met up with a best lifelong friend. She was welcoming, had a warm energy about her, and you could just tell she truly cared about you. She spent time getting to know us and what we were looking for out of our first home. She was very informative of the whole process start to finish and after meeting with her we had a very good idea of what the process would look like.While working with her she was very communicative, accommodating, and always had a positive outlook. She definitely does her own research for her clients and goes above and beyond making sure she does the best job she can in helping you find your forever home/property. Overall our experience was more than a 5 star experience and if you’re looking for someone who’s compassionate, communicative and trustworthy than Hannah is your girl. Plus there’s nothing better than finding a realtor and a friendship unfolds out of it too!

Hannah is a saint! Honestly the best realtor I have ever worked with. I conveyed what my wife & I were looking for and she took care of the rest. We were looking to move states and only able to look at homes while visiting and Hannah was available whenever we needed her! Even when we weren’t able to be there, she went to the houses we were interested in and video’d them so we could actually get a feel for a home (since we all know pictures aren’t always accurate). She is professional, knowledgeable, and actually cares about her clients. She remembered that my wife & I welcomed our first child and reached out to congratulate us! Not everyone cares that much. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for a great realtor!!

Hannah represents all the good, honest, and helpful things youre looking for in a Realtor. When I met her, we were looking for help finding a new rental. We didnt think we were ready to buy after moving to TX less than a year prior. Hannah quickly set up systems and kept us up-to-date about rentals without making us feel pressured to hurry up and buy.After talking more with Hannah and being connected with a lender, we decided it was a good time to buy. She set up showings within a few hours of us asking. She came to each showing prepared to answer any questions and gave us all the details needed to make an informed decision.When our offer was accepted on the home we chose, she immediately went to work negotiating for us. She was able to help us feel confident in making this decision through great communication with all parties. Everything always felt under control and we made it to the closing table with no issues at all.If youre looking for a home in DFW & surrounding areas, I cant recommend Hannah enough.

Buying our new home and selling our first home was such a smooth process, all thanks to Hannah! While searching for our new home, Hannah was always looking out for our best interest. Not only as her clients but as a family looking for a future home. Making sure we looked at all aspects of the home; finances, neighborhood, schools, commute. She was so patient with our constant changing directions, resulting in finding the perfect home for our family.Our first home was under contract within 5 days, thanks to Hannah going above and beyond! In the nights leading up to the open house, Hannah was there vacuuming carpets, wiping cabinets, and helping to remove baby locks while we were taking care of sick kids.I would ask Hannah to be our realtor over and over again! She had our trust the entire time! We are beyond grateful for all of her hard work!!

I am so glad I chose Hannah Teel to be my realtor. We needed to find a house on an accelerated time table, and she came through for us. She helped us find the perfect house and made sure the process was smooth and convenient for us from start to finish. She was always available and on time. She worked really hard for us, and got our offer accepted. Hannah is always professional with great knowledge of the market. The entire process took 3 weeks from start to finish. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again in the future. We love our first house and she made the whole process easy to understand.

Hannah was the absolute best in helping my husband and I find our first home! She voiced our wants and needs to the seller, made sure everyone was on the same page between all the parties, & always made an effort to drive the distance to be with us during the walk throughs, closing and even making sure we got the keys in had. I truly believe it was such a smooth process because of Hannah. We highly recommend her for all your house buying/selling needs!

We can’t say enough good things about Hannah! After learning that my family and I were being relocated to FW for work, I called Hannah. She returned my call promptly, set us up on a portal to see properties within our location/price range, and kept us informed of changes in the local market. Once we identified places to see in person, Hannah had all the arrangements made so that we could just go down the list until we found ‘the one.’ She helped us with our contract and stayed in contact after signing to ensure we had everything we needed — checking in to make sure we had all of our questions answered and needs met. She is efficient, responsive, very professional, and very friendly. Highly recommended!
