Haleigh was absolutely incredible! My first home in the area, took close to a year to find, as I was being picky and the market was a beast at the time. Haleigh was so patient and bent over backwards to help me find my new home. I was so happy with her that I asked her to sell my home years later when I moved out of state. Being so knowledgeable in real estate and with her expert advice, I sold my home much faster than expected. We had such a fantastic experience with Haleigh, we HAD to utilize her services again only 6 months after buying our first home. Buying our first home as newlyweds was probably the scariest thing we have ever had to experience, but Haleigh was a STAR throughout the entire process. The best of the best! She helped us find our first rental in town and later helped us find our first home. Haleigh took the time to explain everything and walked us through the entire process making buying a house a breeze. We loved her so much we decided to use her when opting to sell our home. Let me just say, buying and selling a home are on opposite sides of the spectrum! The amount of prep work that goes into getting your home ready to list/show is insane! However, Haleigh offered great insight to all the things we hadnt thought of, made herself available and often lended a hand to help get the job done. She is absolutely amazing, a great listener, gives you honest feedback/information and makes the process whether you are buying or selling as smooth as it can possibly get.

Haleigh is the best realtor out there. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the different loan requirements, but she is kind and persistent. She never showed us a house that did not meet our requirements. She never wasted our time. She also upheld the requirements we wanted from the buyer and got them. We were getting a VA loan and had to jump through so many hoops, but she knew of the obstacles and worked with us to overcome all of them. If it werent for Haleigh we would not be in the house we love.

To lazy didnt read:JUST BUY WITH BOWER!I bought my very first home a few months ago, and I can say I was extremely nervous, and very overwhelmed. From not knowing what I could afford, to all these foreign terms, to what realtor to pick... All of it was so much. First thing I did was first off watch some videos to learn a little bit about terms, so it was not as foreign. Then I took to Facebook and just did a quick search for realtors in my area. I sent the same message to every single realtor that I found that seemed promising. I explained that I wasnt sure about many things, and even mentioned that I was even getting cold feet about buying a house and asked for recommendations for renting. I would say that half of the ~25 or so messages I sent out, I was left on read, and the other half didnt really seem to interested in helping me. Haleigh was the opposite. She immediately asked when she could call me, so we could talk, and asked a few more in depth questions. She was so extremely helpful with answering all of my questions as well as concerns. She was not pushy, she was not rude, she was not to busy to talk to me. I reached out to her months before actually being ready to buy, but that did not stop her from helping me and keeping me in her thoughts when she would see listings. Needless to say that I was overwhelmed by her help, and I knew she was the realtor for me.The home buying experience was smooth, easy, and painless. The listings she brought to me were within my means, and she didnt try and get more out of me then I wanted to do. Even after the purchasing of the home, she has still kept in touch, and asked about the house, how I have liked it, and even sent random thank yous in the mail. Absolutely blown away by her support and helpfulness. Any purchase will be done through her as well as sells!Thank you Haleigh!
