I just recently bought a nice piece of land, but I couldn’t have done it without the help and professionalism of Andres. This guy is a ‘go getter’ and with lots of sense of care in advocating or accommodating your needs. He went above, beyond in every step of way during my acquisition. If we could give more stars we could!!Mr. Lopez is the epitome of what a realtor should be like. He is professional and knowledgeable.Initially we started with another realtor who stated they had 30 years of experience and would get us the house we wanted...big mistake!!! furthermore, she made us sign a contract that would bind us to that realty company. Long story short Mr. Lopez got us out of the contract. We contacted him on a Friday and by Saturday afternoon we had already decided on the house we were going to buy.His passion for realty shows through his excellent work ethic. He showed us three houses before we got to the house we ended up getting; however, he still insisted we look at the remaining houses just to be sure. We must have seen a total of 11 houses that day!!He advocates for his clients by ensuring they are getting a fair market value, even if it means going back and forth with the seller.We highly recommend him because he cares about his clients and his performance.

Andres is a very responsible gentleman he help us sell our property in 2 months time, he was there through all the steps helping us understand and answer any questions my spouse and I encounter. And I would recommend to anyone specially if you speak Spanish because he can help you too if you have any language barrier.
