In the real estate world, most things are ambiguous and don’t need a response but when a response is needed, Gwena is top notch!     Gwena worked with me on buying my first home. She was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. She is also professional, therough,funny, genuine, a great listener and enjoys doing what she does best! She doesnt try to just sell you a house so she can move into the next. she listens and makes sure youre comfortable. I.e I had a budget- she stayed in my budget and got more than I wanted with my budget. Other agents will say this is the market, youre not going to find what you want.     Gwena is a tip notch Realtor. She is highly knowledgeable in every home she represents and provides excellent care as if it were her own home she was selling. When I was considering moving from Phoenix AZ to San Antonio TX, I contacted Gwena for help finding a house because I knew she would be perfect for the job. She informed me that even though she did not work in the San Antonio area, she would find me someone that I could rely on. Within a day, I received contact information for a Realtor that Gwena guaranteed would be more than capable of helping me find my perfect home. If I ever decide to move outside if San Antonio TX, I will definitely contact Gwena first.

I love this woman’s directness. Her job is to get you the most money when selling and the best deal when buying. If you listen to her, that’s what you’ll get. She is smart and knows the market. She is also the negotiator you want on your side to get you the best deal. No one is going to intimidate or try to railroad her. She’s also pretty funny. Warning, you might end up making a friend when it’s all said and done.
