I have known Andrey when we were both working in the Emergency Department years ago. The trust had been established here. He was also my brothers agent who had good experience with him too. Andrey kept in touch all these years whether I was ready to buy a home or not. As soon as I felt ready, I reached out to him on a Friday. Andrey made arrangements right away for me to check out my house of interest the next day. I asked him to make an offer on Monday and gave my full trust on his suggestions on how we can win this bidding war. All I told him was, Do it! Andrey called me at 5pm this same Monday and said that we won! This was my one and only offer that I did on buying a house. With lots of prayers and Andreys expertise in making strong contracts/offers made this buying experience quick and easy. Andrey also has very strong communication skills and I did not feel alone during the process of closing even if Andrey had done all these virtually. Through my first hand experience, I can say that Andrey is a very competent real estate agent who’s very knowledgeable about the market, especially for houses in the greater Seattle region. Before we listed the house, he predicted that my house would become a hot home by that Friday, and we would receive 3-5 offers by the next Tuesday. Despite the fast changing market condition due to the interest rate rise, his prediction was spot on, which really showed his knowledge about the market, and greatly helped with our pricing strategy. In selling a house, pricing the property at the right level is the key, and he nailed it.Andrey is also a good communicator. He always keeps his client up to date with what’s going on, and is very good at setting the right expectation for clients.
