Heidi and Tammy are an amazing team! From our first meeting—where they alleviated a lot of concerns I had about fixes needed around the house before being able to sell—the team were amazing at laying out exactly what we should fix and what we shouldnt worry about. It was immensely helpful in prioritizing where to focus our efforts and what would make our home most desirable to sell. They staged our property well after we had moved out and took some amazing photos—I literally thought one of our entry way was the wrong property at first! I was happy when I saw how many open houses they were able to set up, and our home sold very quickly. It was a huge relief that it went so well and we are so happy to have worked with them.
