Our experience with Green Oaks Realty and Tracey Blocker has been absolutely phenomenal! Despite being located 4 hours away from where we planned to purchase our home, and while we were out of state, Tracey referred us to a local realtor and drove all the way out there to physically check out a couple of houses for us just so we could get a second opinion. She even saved us from buying a house ruined by a smoker because the local realtor was a smoker and couldnt tell! She walked us through the entire process of purchasing our first home and actually did a better job than the local realtor! Tracey made sure we understood everything and double checked the local realtors work to make sure we got the best deal. She did such a great job that we called her to by our realtor AGAIN for our next house instead of working with the local realtors around here. She worked through the whole transaction with an extreme amount of dedication and professionalism. She even negotiated the seller to pay for a brand new roof! Tracey is by far the BEST realtor I have ever worked with, which says a lot since I am a Florida real estate agent and have dealt with many realtors. We will absolutely continue to do business with her and Green Oaks Realty. It would be really hard for me to do business with any other realtor after working with Tracey twice. If youre looking for a realtor, absolutely ask to work with Tracey!!!

Larry was an absolute pleasure to work with! His communication was excellent every step of the way, and he consistently went above and beyond throughout the entire transaction. He and his team did a fantastic job, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone buying or selling!
