Chris is an exceptional realtor. Purchasing a home can be scary and stressful. From our very first meeting, Chriss calm demeanor put our minds at ease. He helped us understand all of our options for buying, selling, and renting. He was very patient with us and didnt mind answering our many questions. He worked with our crazy schedules and was willing to meet us after work and came to our home on the weekend. Chris has a deep understanding of the real estate markets for the Austin-area and surrounding areas. Our search for a new home didnt last long. We were quickly able to narrow down our options and soon found a house we love in an area we love.Finding a home was the first step. My wife and I were first-time home buyers and didnt know much about the home-buying process. Chris was very patient in explaining everything along the way and answering our questions (there were many!).We were also hitting an insanely competitive and ruthless market which was tough but having Chris experience along the way was invaluable. Chris is easy to work with and has more experience and education than others. He gave us tips on what to fix and update on the home months in advance of the listing. We really liked the pictures on our ad also - very impressive HDR shots to show off the staging tips that he recommended. My wife and I are super happy :-)

He spent as much time as I needed going over how to price the property and what he felt like I could do to make it more attractive to lessors. We lucked up when going to view a house we loved on Zillow when they paired us with Chris. He was able to get us a viewing without getting pre-approved which was a requirement for many we had tried to view before. We loved the house and within a 2 day period he worked with us to get pre approved and our offer submitted. We were in a multiple bid situation with bids over asking price. He advised us on the best route to get the win and we prevailed! He worked with us every step of the way up to closing to make sure that we made all the right decisions. He was extremely responsive as well no matter how many times we called him. All of this during a pandemic!
