I am giving Shelby the top of top review not because I am her husband but wait yes because I am her husband and as a family I see how much she pours her heart and soul into every client.Us as family members understand or don’t understand how SUPER MOM does it with 4 kids and runs three business not to mention all kids minus baby are in multiple competitive sports which she somehow manages to make all work.Shelby wakes up 4:30/5:30 every morning and doesn’t stop till 11:00/12:00 at night - when I say she works 24/7 every minute she is awake I truly mean - all times, vacations, it doesn’t turn off but she still finds away to manage her work, faith, and FAMILY. I am so lucky to have a woman like her in my life and you will be so lucky to have a Realtor like her.Now with Joel’s post - I am not going to touch it but if you have worked with Shelby it is BS.Love you - Babe!

Shelby Kennedy with Greater Houston REP IS the agent you want to market your home. We interviewed 5 agents . Shelby came in with a plan to market our home and cited past sales to backup her plan. At first I was worried because Shelby listed our house at $25,000 higher than the other agents. At the end of the sale if we would have gone with different agent and not Shelby we would have lost $15,000! (we came down off the price about $10,000). Shelby KNOWS her market!!Ask around about Shelby and you will see, she is the agent you want to get your house sold for top dollar!!If we ever come back to Katy, Shelby will be the agent to help us buy our home!
