I cannot say enough about Brenda. We have a growing family in the Hottest housing market in the USA (according to Zillow). We sold our house within the first weekend. Brenda was amazing in helping us to schedule showings with 2 kiddos. Ended up with multiple offers and selling for over the asking price. Then came the impossible part-buying a home during a pandemic with a housing shortage. Brenda busted her butt running all over the county to find deals on new homes and resales hitting the market. Well we finally got an offer accepted and she carefully walked us through the process in a tricky situation in order to keep living in our current home while we closed on our new one. It was a wild ride and Brenda got us home. Brenda also recommended us a lender that got us a great interest rate with a monthly payment way lower than we expected. I would definitely recommend Great Home Realty.
