I REALLY wanted to give them 5 stars - and the amount of patience they had with me during a very difficult transaction alone should have warranted one.The office is quiet, modern, beautiful, and easy to find. The staff are polite, Misty and Haley are absolute rock stars!Unfortunately, the difficulty I experienced with simple things was too much to overlook.During closing the staff had difficulty getting the correct payoff from the mortgage company, so I had to call and get one on their behalf. They had tried 7 times in 5 days, it took me 23 minutes.There was an online mobile notary debacle with the issue being an incorrect email (Yahoo instead of Google), followed by an incorrect notarization (not their fault), followed by the same incorrect email (forgot some numbers in the same email address) that had myself and them attempting to finalize paperwork by the deadline after hours.Then there was the inverted numbers on the final closing documents - followed by cutting my commission check short by $100 -All in all these are minor issues, but they way they stacked upon each other its just too much.This deal was stressful, and although my clients were shielded from the nightmare of things gone wrong I wasnt.I really considered not posting this, but decided that its important.

I just wanted to say I really appreciate the folks at Great American Title.They were fairly easy to work with even though my property had some issues that had to be resolved before closing.In closing I’m a shift worker so they made it possible to close around my scheduleLastly I had some questions a few months after closing and they continued to support me with what I neededI had a good experience and would recommend them to anyone looking for a title companyThank you so much GATRandy

Great American is by far the best title co. Karen always answers the phone so cheerfully, no matter how many times a day I call. Misty Ivey is always helpful, she always answers all of mine and my clients questions, or works really hard to get the answer for me. Misty and her team are always working, even at night and on the weekends, you can tell they really take pride in making sure their clients transactions go smoothly. Thank you ladies for all that you do.
