We were sellers, not buyers. We sold our house during the peak of Covid. The Graham team was very transparent with fees, associated costs, and time frames. They had a professional come take photos of the house. Within the first 24 hours, we had 6 offers all more than our asking price, that I believed was too high to begin with. I suppose you do have to trust the team and the process. Our house sold for thousands more than we were asking. It appraised for it too. Everything was done in about a month, maybe a hair more. I was very specific in saying that I wanted nothing to do with the whole process. Too much stress. They asked nothing of me. Even emailed documents with instructions on how to sign. Didnt have to download anything. It was just too easy. Danette was very professional, and I am personally a pain in the butt when I get anxious. She was always very respectful. Even forwarded our mail from the mailbox to our new house. I do not believe anyone else would have done this well for us. When I say thousands, I mean it. With what this house sold for minus what we owed on it, we could still buy a Mercedes. Thats serious business. They know what theyre doing. I would highly recommend this business to sellers and buyers.
