It is hard to find words on how amazing this real estate agency is. I worked with Sherry who is a real estate agent that is more like a friend over someone trying to sell you something. She was dedicated and worked hard every day to not only find the home but make sure that me and my family were always aware of things and felt comfortable about every decision made. She stood by my family and I through the sale of one house and the purchase of another. Making sure that we were all aware of important documents important aspects of selling and buying and making sure that we were happy with every decision made. Sherry helped us find the perfect house and she even helped us move on the day that we needed to be out. She helped to relieve a lot of stress by being funny and very upbeat and welcoming. We were able to communicate with her at any time via text or email with any questions we had or concerns. As many people know selling or buying and moving can be a very stressful situation and she helped relieve so much stress which helped put my family at ease and enjoy the experience. I could have not done this without her or without Graceland real estate. The owners of Graceland real estate are also exceptional people each one of the real estate agents are very welcoming and always there to be a good neighbor and a good friend. If you choose any other real estate agency you will not be able to experience the welcoming family atmosphere that Graceland real estate offers. Whether it be purchasing a house ,selling a house or looking for rental property Graceland real estate is the place to go you will not be disappointed. Its been about a month since the purchase of our new house and still I talked to Sherry about any questions that I have I thank her for finding us the perfect home for our family. -

Patricia was an INCREDIBLE agent to work with! We called Patricia after our home sat on the market for an extended period of time….Not fun. Having used other agents and services to try and sell our home, we knew that we needed someone with substantially more experience that could properly market our home. Patricia ran a solid set of comps, and helped us understand how to effectively price our home to sell in a reasonable amount of time. Unlike other agents/services, Patricia doesn’t ask you to blindly trust her just because she’s an agent. She lays out her process and explains what variables in the selling process may need be adjusted along the way.Last nugget worth mentioning: In my opinion, Patricia’s approach to communication is the best I’ve seen of any agent I have worked with. Instead of interpreting lines of communication from buyers and buyer agents, Patricia just provides you with exactly what they’ve said or requested. This may sound simple, but crystal clear communication during a sell really levels the playing field.Huge shoutout to Patricia and her team at Graceland Real Estate for helping us sell our home and for being so kind to our sweet girls! We first contacted Patricia based on the referral of a mutual contact. We were selling our home in Utah to move to a Texas in the summer of 2022. We put our house on the market just a week or so before the Fed began raising rates. We thought our house would sell quickly, but unfortunately that was not the case. We were able to find a great home in Texas with the great work of Michelle Runyon at Graceland. Unfortunately we ultimately lost out on that home because our home took too long to sell. Michelle stuck with us the whole way, staying in regular contact with us and with our realtor in Utah so that when we were under contract in Utah we could get into a great home in Texas. The process went from June 2022 - Feb 2023. Michelle was great the whole way.Once we got under contract we contacted Michelle right away, and she moved her calendar so as to accommodate use flying down to Texas to go look at many new homes she had secured. She was extremely professional and, to her greatest credit, if she did not know the answer to a question she wouldn’t pretend that she did; she would admit she didn’t know but would always go find out. It is clear that Michelle is dedicated to her clients and loves what she does.The entire team at Graceland is fantastic and always ready to help. We will not go anywhere else moving forward and will refer anybody we can to the company. Cannot say enough great things about this group! Thank you Michelle - we love our home! -

Even though they only sold a small lot for us they treated us like they were selling a mansion. Even though they only received a small commission they treated us like they were making a large sale. Real Estate is about three things location, location, location. Patricia Meadows and her fantastic team at Graceland Real Estate are real rainmakers in selling some of the finest properties around. Thanks to Patricia and Kyra, I spent the best years of my life on a rural acre near I-35. Do you like it when people send you a six-figure wire right into your checking account? Sometimes seven-figure? Well just surrender your house as it is, and Graceland will tell you where to sign. Next thing you know they wire a six-figure lump sum right into your bank account. These girls are as beautiful on the inside as they are on the outside. I have worked closely with Patricia and her fine associates at Graceland Realty for over seventeen years and these are the hardest working rainmakers in the business. I recommend them wholeheartedly and without reservation. It has been a wonderful and prosperous experience trusting them to launch my life all the way to the prime time of the Oregon Coast. Camie Cross was the best guide for navigating the waters of homeownership in Waco and the surrounding area. She could not have been better at getting us everything we wanted/needed during our home search and buying process from great suggestions on a home inspector that can do it all, to a certified arborist, a lender who was able to work with us and even delicious restaurants as we are new to town. We had a tight timeline to look for our dream home and Camie with Graceland Real Estate made it happen!
