Grace did an outstanding job as our realtor, giving us very professional help on getting the highest sales price. She is smart, insightful, and efficient, and was as thoughtful, engaged, and committed as if it were her own house. She was also very helpful in negotiating some of the trickier aspects of negotiations.This was the second beach house Grace helped us to sell (previous sale was in Oct-22), and she did an outstanding job on both. Cant say enough good things about her...best rec I can give is that if we were to need a realtor for other business in Surfside, we would hire Grace in a heartbeat.

Grace is the bomb! I am new to Houston and was looking for an investment property on the water that we could use in the off season, but also rent. I spent many hours researching on Zillow and HAR, and I started noticing which realtors were consistently listing properties; Grace was the one that caught my eye based on her bio. There are so many realtors these days, but only a very few are consistently getting the listings which is what makes them experienced professionals. I called her and liked her experience working with investors and knowledge of the market area as she was born and raised on the beach. Her husband Jimmy is the man, too, so you really have two people on your team. Real estate is always an emotional roller coaster, and the spring market was insane - we lost a few bidding wars, but always felt encouraged by Grace. She definitely earned every part of her fee with the amount of work it took to finally get us the right house. I will use Grace again next time and appreciate all of her connections in the area from contractors to small businesses; I rely heavily on Grace for ALL the things! I cant recommend her enough!
