Latasha Washington did an amazing job at finding my first home in Texas!! After being in Dallas for two years, I decided to start house hunting.The market was extremely competitive at the time, but Latasha made me feel confident and reassured that my home was out there. She was diligent in sending me the most updated MLS as well as showing homes. Don’t be surprised if a listing pops up during your appointment, she will likely encourage you to see it. Honestly, had it not been for Latasha giving me a nudge to look at one more, I would have missed out on this very home. I can go on about her excellent and effective communication skills, her quick respond times, keen eye for shortcomings, and highly professional conduct, but the one thing that stood out to me most was Latasha’s unrelenting advocacy for me and my best interest. We had a major obstacle with the builder possibly not being done in time to close. Latasha was ceaselessly on the construction manager, inspections, and the sales consultant. If I didn’t have her as my representation, I would have ended up signing on an unfinished home. I was referred to Ms. Washington from a close friend. Upon meeting, we exchanged numbers, and she also provided me access to MLS-Client. It took me some time to actually “get ready” but once I was, she was able to hit the ground with me. She was able to work with my crazy work schedule, having us look at homes, which at times was an inconvenient hour. If I ever had any questions about the property, in which answers were not readily available, she would reach out to the selling agent to have an answer prior to leaving the property. Once I found my perfect home ,she sprung into action getting my offer submitted. With my home being a new build she was right by my side during the walk throughs required by the sellers. Upon closing she called me later on that evening to assure I received keys/garage openers/etc. I would definitely recommend her to any friends/family that I know looking to purchase a home!

While I worked my job, Val worked persistently with the appraisal, the inspectors who had to reschedule 3 times, Habitat for Humanity and most definitely she worked (so very well) side by side with Karina Wells, my Mortgage Loan Officer. Her communication with me was superb - answered my calls and text. When I didnt understand so many laws and all that jargon, she kindly and patiently explained everything to me. The Deam Team... what can I say...We Met our realator Latasha Washington and her team at the begining of the covid crisis. New relationship, new baby, mother relocating from California to Texas I was so happy to have found her. Originally she helped us get a rental but encouraged us to focus beyond rental to ownership.
