Generally, I do not do this but I am compelled to do so for Agent Dan of Grace Realtors Texas.Agent Dan is one of the best professional residential/commercial real estate agent in the DFW Metroplex area.I would like to share my experience working with him when my wife and I were looking for a residential property in the DFW area.Being first time buyers, he guided us through the difficult house purchasing process from viewing to inspection, loan processing and closing.One thing about AgentDan is that he is very patient and listens to his clients needs and demands. He took time to educate us on the job market and different strategies to succeed when hunting a house specifically with inflation and the current rising interest rates.He was always available to answer our questions, and he never made us feel rushed or pressured. Agent Dan is one of the best professional residential/commercial real estate agent in the DFW Metroplex area. There are very few agents like him who have the needs and interests of their clients in mind. Other agents have their self interest( money alone) in mind because they only see their clients as data points for their fees.I would like to share my experience working with him when my wife and I were looking for a residential property in the DFW area. Our 1st new house hunting with agent Dan was on a smooth path in 2020 and I signed the contract with a builder. The property was located in Midlothian and in 2021, my wife and I lost our jobs due to COVID-19. It was not a good time for my family and we lost the 1st new house in Midlothian. Agent Dan didnt give up on us but he continued to encourage us by providing more insights on the reason behind that loss and on the new strategy/plan that we could create in order to be successful next time.In 2022 we start the process again on a property in far South Fort Worth and because our income didnt qualify, we didnt succeed to obtain that new House. Nevertheless, Agent Dan didnt give up on us and kept encouraging us on how to succeed next time. In 2023, when My wife and I had an increase in our incomes, we start again the new house hunting with agent Dan. And during time, we finally succeeded and enter our new home in Crowley.During the whole process, Agent Dan never gave up on us when we got denied like other agents would have done. He was patient and took his time to educate us on the job market and different strategies to succeed when hunting a house specifically in the post COVID-19 time with inflation, rising interest rates etc ....For some families still looking for new/existing home, I highly suggest Agent Dan as your professional realtor.
