Henok Michael is an amazing realtor; youd be lucky to have him on your side. My situation was very complex, involving a divorce and lawyers from a different city, house for sale, a rental, and restricted dogs, just to name a few, but his professionalism, calm demeanor, and patience got my house sold within two weeks for more than asking. I cant say enough about how incredible Henok is!

Henok, did an incredible job as our realtor! The best thing about working with Henok is how personal he take his job. He took great care of my wife and I while in our search for our first home. He always asked how we were doing, how my family was and continues to check on us to this day. Henok is an mazing person. He works at a reasonable pace and doesnt push you in to a deal that you might not like in the end. Hes very lenient and works at your own pace. Hes knowledgeable and honest, and tells you everything you need to know even if it doesnt sound good. Henok helped me find the right home for me and my family, and Im forever grateful.

I was pleased to work with the agent as my first agent.Agent Henok is a great agent willing to help his clients under any circumstances; his mindfulness about all the estate markets and collaboration with seller agents or sellers on getting the best Negotiations from the very beginning to closing is Phenomenal. He can help on the pre inspection of the properties. And those first-time home buyers have to get pre approved again he can recommend or connect you with the best mortgage or lenders company in town.I highly recommend him for his respect, professionalism very knowledge about the real estate markets and deals in the area.

Beyond just understanding how to seek and negotiate terrific real estate properties end-to-end, he brings very unique value by advising on the asset/property itself (e.g., being very knowledgeable and insightful about inspection-related issues and how that needs to impact and be leveraged for the offer and negotiation phase). We were very lucky to have Henok on our side as we were hunting for our house.
