Theres lots of real estate agents out there, some of them are Realtors, but few of them are their own broker. Kelly is just that. What does that mean? Well it means shes put in the hard work, and it means she doesnt have to share her real estate commission with a broker, she can give part of it back to YOU for doing the legwork you were going to be doing anyway... Finding the home (or in our case, townhome) of your dreams!Kelly helped my fiancée (pictured here) and I find a townhome all the way in College Station for her to live at while shes working on her Veterinary degree on the weekdays (rather than wasting money renting, we made an investment out of it). Even in this market, she knew just how to get the sellers to notice our offer, and we GOT IT! We closed in July, and without Kelly this wouldnt have happened.If youre looking for the best agent ever, Im serious, I cant say enough -- youve found her!

Kelly is the best realtor Ive ever had. Im so glad I found her on Google! She responds quickly by phone, email, or text, its amazing! She is a very knowledgeable, very professional realtor. I was in the process of buying a new home near downtown and she guided me all throughout the process, even when I was having issues with the builder. She stayed on top of things and always gave the advice I needed. In the end my purchase unfortunately fell through due to builders breach of contract, and Kelly helped me get my deposit and earnest money back. Now, Im looking for another house to purchase and can confidently say that I will use Kellys services again. I highly recommend her and will give her a 10-star rating if I could!

Kelly McManus is awesome! She handled the sale of my house, after my divorce, and she was sooo understanding that I wasnt comfortable being around my ex. She handled everything so I never had to even see him, even for the closing! She kept me informed and got us an excellent price, considering the house had to be sold as is. Then she let me see the old house after it was repaired and beautiful again! This has helped me to close the door on my old life and move on with my new life! Kelly McManus definitely goes above and beyond! Shes more than a realtor, shes a true blessing to anyone she comes in contact with! Wish I could give her 10 stars instead of 5!

You should know that we had a bad experience with a greedy realtor that did not have our best interest in mind just before we signed with you but you saved the day and the sale. First, if you do not use this Realtor for your next home purchase, you are losing some major $$$, thousands of dollars. Lets face it, you are doing all the research, crunching the numbers, going to open houses and your neighbor or Realtor friend is collecting a full 3% of the purchase price of the home youre buying! If you are looking to put major $$$ back into your pocket, contact Kelly! If you are buying a home anywhere in Texas, she will give you a 2.5% rebate on the purchase price of your home. Regardless of what other agents say, this practice it totally legal! If you buy a $400,000 dollar home, you will get a check within days for $10,000 dollars. I have relatives tell me...Well, I use my friend or my neighbor! If you like giving your friend and/or neighbor $10,000 dollars, because they are your friend or neighbor, so be it! Kelly just deposited $10, 400.00 in my account on a home I purchased in McKinney, TX on June 3rd. By the way, other Agents hate this program, but they have to realize at some point soon, times are changing in the way real estate is shown and the way real estate agents get paid is also changing. So put the thousands of dollars back into your pocket and say NO to 3% Realtor commissions. If you have any questions, feel free to email me.
