I don’t know where to start when it comes to working with Gorvanie. She is so professional and takes her time with her clients. I found her on Facebook and reached out via Facebook messenger. I received a phone call from Gorvanie in less than 24 hours, with her asking me a series of questions so she could best help me. I was looking to buy a house in the DFW area moving from St. Louis. We went over what was important to me as far as location, sq. Footage, etc. Gorvanie had me meet with her lender to work out how much I could get approved for and even after talking to the lender and getting my approval she still went over with me the information I was given to make sure I fully understood. Finding my now home took some time and she was patient the whole way through even though I was losing faith. I would highly recommend Gorvanie Destin for any of your housing needs (buying, selling, leasing, apartment renting, etc). Such a pleasure doing business with a dedicated worker like Gorvanie. My happiness came first and she succeeded.
